It was weird seeing large crowds where very few were wearing a mask, but after the initial shock, it was so great seeing actual familiar faces together again. It was so amazing to be reunited with in a room with thousands of people. The average time saved on these offerings was six days.

Appraisers are less likely this year to cite expanding regulations/interpretations of regulations, lender requirements, pressure from real estate agents/brokers, and liability concerns. Much of the appraiser results were what we already sort of suspected, but it is good to see actual survey results. I read the full survey.
