The inventory of homes available is historically low. According to an article on keepingcurrentmatters.com, "A normal market's inventory sits at 6 months. Some are waiving appraisals and others are even offering to waive inspection contingencies. Buyers are busy looking at the rooms and the decor. We're currently at 3.7

Inventory The inventory of homes available for sale has increased. In a September 29 article on Realtor.com it states, "The national inventory of active listings increased by 26.9% If you are listing your home this fall, tastefully decorate your home's exterior and interior with oranges, reds, yellows and browns.
