When I gave him 3 weeks to hire a virtual assistant, he had hired someone, begun training, and had them working full 40 hour weeks by the time we met again! I felt strongly that this man was going to make it in the appraisal world. He went out and created his own website, doing his homework to make sure he knew what he was doing.
