Call it “Zillow Derangement Syndrome” If you aren’t plugged into the real estate scene, go find your closest Realtor friend and just say “I love Zillow” Then I recommend running away very quickly. When Zillow launched onto the scene over a decade ago, it rattled Realtors. The buyers are on Zillow.
