VA’s Tidewater Initiative written in 2021 by McKissock (Similar idea as current ROV changes), effective in 2003. I have never done an “official” ROV for a lender, but I did not like any lender clients objecting to my values. And if you work in real estate, be prepared to serve clients in all stations of life.
