I always thought the accused could face their accuser in a court of law in America. Fannie Mae plays havoc with appraisers’ livelihood and infers that the reviewer is perfect in every one of their reviews. It shows a fundamental lack of understanding of what appraisers do. Appraisers are licensed and regulated.
