Available homes for sale in 2020 dropped to lows not seen since 2003 , and the rate is steadily rising, but not fast enough. Getting current landlords to sell would take some heavy incentives. We need more homes built , and quick! Housing Supply. As we’re all well aware, there just isn’t much out there to buy!
