NAR Appraisal Survey 2022. Excerpts from NAR Report (link below): In May 2022, NAR Research conducted a survey of all 9,700 appraiser members and 50,000 randomly-selected non-appraiser members. If a property is listed at $315k, with an offer of $345k, do not harass the appraiser when the appraisal comes in at list!!

I was appraising a home for a divorce several years ago. The husband had contacted me for the appraisal, but it was the wife who was living in the home.
