It’s an excellent time to discuss housing inventory. Purchase application data, while doing better than I thought it would with rates over 5%, is still negative year over year, and this time it’s real. This week’s purchase application data showed week-to-week growth of 0.2%. I don’t believe housing inventory below 1.52
