Government planners in our four-county region have until the end of this year to revise and then implement by mid-2025 their Comprehensive Plans for growth management to provide adequate space for housing, transportation and services (among many other aspects) to all its residents for the next 20 years.

To be sure, the market is still leaning heavily in the sellers’ favor and listings are slimmer than a strand of spaghetti. Buyers will likely snap up any home to be within walking distance of the new transportation hubs. Coincidentally, one of my listings currently is in the UDistrict, three blocks from the rail station.
