GoFormz year in review: Our top stories and highlights from 2022

2022 was a great year for GoFormz, and we couldn’t have done it without you, our loyal customers! And we’re so proud that our customers were at the center of many accomplishments this year. From our G2 awards to our Quarterly Office Hours Webinars, we are so thankful for our customer engagement. Your feedback has helped us grow in many ways to better serve you, your business, and your customers.

So without further ado, let’s celebrate and take a look at our top stories and highlights from 2022!

Feature Request Portal

This year we launched our new Feature Request Portal! This portal is a centralized place for all new ideas, customer feedback, and status updates. It’s been a great way for customers to engage with our team, as well as with fellow mobile forms users. Each suggested feature is reviewed by our Product Team on a regular basis and provides helpful direction for future product development!

Using the portal, customers can:

  • Submit new ideas that would improve their GoFormz experience 

  • Vote and/or comment on existing ideas others have contributed 

  • Receive status updates from the GoFormz Product Team on the progress/status of their request.

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve launched and updated many new features this year! We launched the new File Attachment field, which allows users to collect and store multiple documents, like PDFs, documents, and spreadsheets. We also implemented new Single Sign-On capabilities which provide a streamlined log-in process using an existing Google, Apple, or Microsoft account.

Almost every feature within the GoFormz platform started as an idea from our amazing customer base, from the digital sign-in sheet template to our improved in-app homepage. We can’t wait to see what new features and ideas you suggest in 2023!

Quarterly Office Hours Webinars

In July, we began our Quarterly Office Hours webinar series hosted by our Senior Director of Product, Kelsey Griswold, and our Director of Customer Success, Alicia Bryan. In these webinars, our team walks you through our latest product releases and answers any GoFormz questions. In addition to these updates, we also give an exclusive sneak peek of the feature roadmap and what’s coming next!

Topics we’ve covered this year include:

  • Release of the File Attachment field

  • The new Feature Request Portal

  • Public Form enhancements

  • Upgrades to the Workflow builder

  • Updated SSO Functionality

  • Enhancements to the Admin user interface

…and addressed attendee questions!
