  • Daily construction reports - Easily generate daily construction reports via a shareable link or by scanning a QR code. Once completed, digital daily construction reports can be automatically routed to contacts for approval.   • Safety forms - Complete JHAs, pre-task plans, hot work permits, and more, directly from mobile devices in the field – even while offline. Once submitted, digital safety forms can flow through a custom approval workflow to key contacts before data is pushed to Procore.

  • Site Induction & Registration - Digital forms make it easy to capture information from new workers on site. Rather than requiring job site supervisors to spend time guiding new workers through induction packets, new personnel can simply scan a QR code or access a shared link to generate induction forms. Once submitted and reviewed, new worker forms and data can be instantly routed to Procore, and used to update the Documents tool, the Correspondence tool, and more, for future reference and reporting.

  • Tenant Warrant Claims - Simplify the collection of tenant warranty claims with shareable, online forms. Once filled out and submitted, warranty items can be automatically synced to Procore and created as punch list items.
