Michelle Czekalski (Cha – call – ski) Bradley is a certified general appraiser with over 37 years’ experience, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a certified distance education instructor, qualified expert with the Pennsylvania Department of State, and a real estate broker. She is a real estate educator and course author, and founder of Bradley Consultants, a real estate appraisal education school. She has been reappointed as Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board with the Appraisal Foundation, which is responsible for writing, amending, and interpreting the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) which are the competency and ethical standards for real estate appraisers. She works in her family’s independent real estate and appraisal company, founded by her grandmother in 1963, where she serves as Chief Appraiser and Manager of the appraiser division. Michelle has supervised four appraiser trainees who are now certified appraisers, three of which are young women.
As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, she has served as Chair of NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee, and on behalf of NAR, provided Congressional testimony regarding VA appraisal issues to the House Veteran Affairs Committee.
When she was 15 years old, Michelle was a foreign exchange student to Bogota, Colombia, South America, where she developed a deep awareness of culture and a love of international travel.
Michelle has been married to her husband for 34 years. They have 3 Tuxedo cats who are the true owners of the home, and permit Michelle and her husband to reside with them.
