Appraisers have standards. AVMs have no standards. Other valuation types are “waivered” or exempt. Other valuation types are “waivered” or exempt. Appraiser’s foot the bill for much of the valuation world – reviewers, evaluators, programmers, checklist checkers, and unlicensed “valuation analysts.”
