They have also been spending oodles of money to shape their residences to meet new living needs – modern and spacious, when possible – as households live in their homes for longer. Split levels are not my favorite (or my clients’) because of the multi-stair layout but this one stood out for its fantastic views of Poverty Bay to the west.
