It’s not the length of the report which is of ultimate importance, it is the time necessary to develop the appraisal that is key. Many appraisers have expressed that they will never sign a report they didn’t personally inspect. That in and of itself isn’t necessarily a problem. After all, my typical reports are more than 40 pages long.
