As you may have heard, a cyberattack has shut down Rapattoni, a property data provider, leaving realtors and appraisers in 12 states without access to MLS data. The media coverage focuses on real estate agents having difficulty showing homes, etc. But appraisers need other information. I wrote this up yesterday.
