Cherry Creek Mortgage, a nationwide, full-service mortgage lender, announced that David Arnett has been promoted to chief marketing officer, the company said in a release.
Arnett has more than 20 years of marketing and graphic design experience, the past five at Cherry Creek. Prior to his promotion, Arnett served as the company’s creative director and later as vice president of marketing, overseeing all branding, marketing and communication efforts, the release said.
Arnett launched a new branding campaign for Cherry Creek Mortgage and added 16 family brands. His contributions include revolutionizing SEO efforts to position the company as No. 11 in overall mortgage search, maximizing brand reputation through over 12,000 online reviews, increasing Cherry Creek’s social presence with over 20,000 social media listings, and developing and launching television and radio campaigns in six states and 14 cities.
“As we expand the Cherry Creek Mortgage footprint nationwide, we are also driving business through cutting-edge lead generating initiatives,” Arnett said in the release. “My goal in leadership is to create a culture of positivity, transparency, hard work, and innovation with an emphasis on the importance of collaboration, individuality, attention to detail, and professional growth.”
Founded in 1987, Cherry Creek Mortgage provides FHA, conventional and jumbo purchase and refinance mortgage loans utilizing a proprietary technology platform.
