The median income for agents nationally is rather modest – even more so in a lower price point area like Killeen. A good agent should be worth the commission and then some. Don’t settle for less.

It is not exactly true, as, in fact, Harker Heights has one of the lowest property tax rates in the Fort Hood area. Instead, Harker Heights’ property taxes are more not because the rate is higher but because property values in Harker Heights are higher as a whole.
