HOUSTON, TX (July 6, 2022) – Accurity Consolidated is once again turning heads and taking its place as the highlight of appraisal industry conversations. The company’s innovative team of appraisers continue to set impressive goals and break records that are simply unheard of among the competition.
Since launching in 2020, Accurity has made it a mission to push the boundaries of what appraisal teams can accomplish through industry-leading turn times and service levels provided to clients. In a recent month-long test project, they proved just how fast and top-quality they can be.
During the focus period, the team delivered a large majority of full appraisals in a demanding market within 24 hours of receipt of the order. While seemingly an impossible task, the goal was to push the system to find the boundaries within Accurity’s team operation.
As they have historically done, Accurity again proved that with a great team and mindset, change and innovation are possible. The appraisal team was able to deliver 52% of qualifying reports within 24 hours and a whopping 74% of qualifying reports in 48 hours.
The project was led by Dusty Svendsen, an Accurity appraiser and the company’s regional director for the Central United States.
“The results, although seemingly unbelievable based on today’s market standards, can be reproduced here at Accurity within any metro market in the country,” Svendsen said. “The systems, innovations, and most importantly, the individuals here at Accurity, are motivated to provide market participants with necessary solutions to industry problems.”
After the successful completion of the project, Accurity looks forward to continuing to expand this service to Elite partners in select markets. In discussing what this accomplishment means to the industry, Accurity CEO Mark Verrett said, “Pace of innovation is paramount to Accurity. When reflecting on the incredible and publicly well-received results, Verrett asked industry stakeholders to consider this question: “What could happen if the industry could expect this service level in all major metros?”
