Freddie Mac Survey Shows a Mortgage Rate Drop from 3.89% to 3.76%

Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS) shows that the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 3.76% with an average 0.8 point for the week ending March 3, 2022, down from last week when it averaged 3.89%. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.02%.
