Fannie Mae CEO Frater to Retire, Board Chair Bair Resigns

Current CEO Hugh Frater to retire, and will be replaced on an interim basis by President David Benson, while Fannie Mae Board Chair Sheila Bair steps down, and will be replaced by ex-Wells Fargo head Michael Heid.
