Thats up compared with last months forecast of $1.98 trillion and $2.33 trillion, respectively. Fannie Mae has revised its real gross domestic product (GDP) growth outlook for 2025 to 0.7%. For 2026, it is forecasting 2.0% GDP growth.

Anywhere Real Estate has made an offer to acquire luxury brokerage firm Douglas Elliman. The offer was first reported by Bloomberg. According to Bloombergs sources, the bid would value Douglas Elliman at more than $4 a share. The firms stock ended Thursday at $2.14 a share, giving the firm a market value of roughly $190 million. This is down from more than $900 million in December 2021.
