In case you missed it….

My Living the Dream blog went in four different directions with content published over the past month. It kicked off June with a look at the increase in LGBTQ+ consumers buying and selling homes and the important role real estate professionals play in those transactions.

The blog also covered how local governments in our state are currently undergoing a pivotal exercise to address population growth while honoring land-use laws. On the first anniversary of the Champlain Towers South condo collapse in Florida, the blog highlighted the importance for condo owners and buyers to know the condition of their building.

We capped the month with a primer on mortgage rates and what drives their direction.

Thanks for reading … and don’t hesitate to urge your friends to sign up for this monthly missive!
