LERETA Promotes Mitch Bledsoe to Chief Technology Officer

Mitch Bledsoe has been promoted to chief technology officer for LERETA, which provides real estate tax and flood services for mortgage servicers.

Bledsoe, who joined LERETA in 2022, was previously senior vice president of enterprise technology.

Bledsoe has more than 20 years of experience in technology management including leading numerous domestic and international teams through successful large-scale product development efforts, legacy modernizations, and the buildout and maintenance of supporting infrastructures. 

Before joining LERETA, Bledsoe held software development and technology management positions at numerous technology and financial services companies including Assurant Specialty Property, CoreLogic, Verb Technology, AutoZone and First American Corporation. 

As CTO, Bledsoe will be responsible for all aspects of LERETA’s technology innovation and design, infrastructure and application management, and data service offerings.
