VP of Sales and Business Development Troy, MI

Dart Appraisal is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Leader to join our executive team. This is an in office position based in Troy, MI, and reports directly to the President. Responsibility will include overall sales and business development strategy creation and execution.

As the V.P. of Sales and Business Development, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to strengthen and grow the company’s current client base as well as work strategies to add new client activity to meet the company’s business goals.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with a passion for the job and able to employ unique selling techniques. This person will be a skilled strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others while working toward the ultimate goal of increasing the company’s market share and top-line revenues. Successful candidates will be results driven with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to go above and beyond to achieve the company’s goals. Successful experience in Appraisal or Mortgage Sales Leadership is preferred but not required.
