Rick Gibson has joined Realquantum in the role of Vice President of Product. Rick will drive growth and development of Realquantum’s SaaS commercial real estate appraisal software and data products. Rick will be a part of the leadership team with responsibilities for product strategy, planning, execution, and customer success.
As a career practitioner in high-tech products, Rick has held a variety of senior roles including Sprint and Lynxspring. He was responsible for building and launching many hardware, software, network, cloud and mobile products. Rick’s curiosity and drive has led to a career journey across many tech market sectors including; telecommunications, virtual education, IoT and data analytics for buildings, cities, agriculture, and customer experience management.
As a digital pioneer and innovator Rick is passionate about solving everyday problems using; smart technology and customer centered design. He employs agile and lean methodologies and visionary thinking along with team empowerment to get things done and exceed expectations.
Originally from southwest Missouri, with stops in Dallas, St Louis and Portland, Rick and his family now reside in the Kansas City area. To clear his head from tech saturation, Rick spends time with his wife, children and grandchildren, restoring/driving classic cars and playing guitar. He studied computer science at Texas Institute of Technology, and Entrepreneurship at Baylor University.
