Adding a layer of sophistication is the team behind the daily operation of the building. Columbia Hospitality has been tapped to direct Mari’s on-site services and perks program with special offers and discounts on hotels, resorts and restaurants. Details will be shared with buyers at purchase.
There’s even a two-story commercial area at street level for shopping and dining. Those businesses have yet to be announced but you can be sure they will fit well with the vibe in and around this outstanding new community.

Purchase contracts are already being executed, according to the Polaris Pacific sales team.
Prices start in the high $500,000s for a studio of about 425 sq. ft. and low $800,000s for 1-bedroom/1-bath homes of about 545 sq. ft. There are 1-bedroom options with a den starting just north of $1M and 2-bed residences from $1.289M. Prices vary by the home size, floor level and views.
One thing is for sure: There is arguably no better location to live in vibrant and growing Bellevue. The city offers excellent shopping, dining, activities, the arts and wonderful parks. And, unlike some luxury condo buildings a garage parking spot comes with the home purchase, though there is little need for a vehicle to get around. Lowering your carbon footprint in Bellevue is easy when compared to most locations in King County.
