VIDEO: Mari – Boutique Luxury Condo Living in Bellevue

Picture yourself enjoying success in both your personal and professional life. You’re thinking of taking that next step of buying a home closer to the urban oasis that is Bellevue. Maybe it’s time for a trip to see one of the most talked about real estate projects in the city – Mari.

Positioned as a boutique luxury residence, Mari offers 138 homes in its 20-story, glass-and-steel structure that is targeting a spring 2024 unveiling. It is located next to “sister” condo Mira Flats, a 162-unit community that opened in 2018.

Mari stands out for its soft, earthy palettes, spacious ceilings and top-notch appliances. It also offers an outstanding roof-top amenity suite that features a private dining room and kitchen, contemporary fireplace, Zen library and outdoor lounge with the city’s only rooftop flame-grill stations.

Everything you would want when entertaining friends is at your fingertips, capped by the breathtaking, panoramic views of mountains, water and the active city below. It’s the ideal location, within walking distance of the soon-to-open Link light rail and Amazon’s growing presence in this desirable destination.

There is something for everyone in Mari’s 15,000 sq. ft. of amenities. This condo – like many in our area – comes with 24/7 concierge services, fitness center, yoga studio and designated areas for your four-legged friends.

Adding a layer of sophistication is the team behind the daily operation of the building. Columbia Hospitality has been tapped to direct Mari’s on-site services and perks program with special offers and discounts on hotels, resorts and restaurants. Details will be shared with buyers at purchase.

There’s even a two-story commercial area at street level for shopping and dining. Those businesses have yet to be announced but you can be sure they will fit well with the vibe in and around this outstanding new community.

Interiors include engineered, wide-plank oak flooring, custom-designed closets and wood cabinetry, as well as quartz countertops and porcelain or stone bath tile with soaking tub and rain-style shower for your own personal spa. Classy and calming at all once.

Units on the first 15 floors (known as Mari Select Homes) will feature rooms 9 feet, 8 inches high. That jumps to near-cavernous 11 ½ feet for the homes further above (Mari Aire on floors 16-18 and Mari Penthouse on 19). Residences include the likes of Thermador, Bosch and Gaggenau appliances, depending on the floor, and smart-home technology for keyless entry and temperature control.

The homes are attracting a lot of attention, as of this writing, with hundreds of inquiries and dozens already putting down their 5% deposit. Empty-nesters, tech workers and investors – all seeking an active downtown location – are looking seriously at this smart and stylish living option. Purchase contracts are already being executed, according to the Polaris Pacific sales team.

Prices start in the high $500,000s for a studio of about 425 sq. ft. and low $800,000s for 1-bedroom/1-bath homes of about 545 sq. ft. There are 1-bedroom options with a den starting just north of $1M and 2-bed residences from $1.289M. Prices vary by the home size, floor level and views.

One thing is for sure: There is arguably no better location to live in vibrant and growing Bellevue. The city offers excellent shopping, dining, activities, the arts and wonderful parks. And, unlike some luxury condo buildings a garage parking spot comes with the home purchase, though there is little need for a vehicle to get around. Lowering your carbon footprint in Bellevue is easy when compared to most locations in King County.

People already believe in Bellevue and they will certainly believe in Mari.
