SettlementOne Valuation, a leading provider of appraisal management services to the U.S. mortgage industry, recently announced the hiring of Stephen French as chief executive officer.
“Stephen is a talented and proven leader in the appraisal management industry with a deep understanding of what it takes to be a prominent provider in the space,” Jevin Sackett, CEO of SNH Capital Partners and a member of the SettlementOne Valuation Board of Managers, said in the release. “Both SNH and the board are incredibly excited about Stephen joining and for the future of the company. He possesses a great strategic vision and operational skills to propel the business to new heights.”
Prior to joining SettlementOne, French was chief operating officer of AppraiserVendor, a provider of appraisal management solutions, with a growing presence in the industry. At AppraiserVendor, he drove improvements across all functions of the business including sales, operations, marketing, customer retention, and workflow, the release stated.
Previously, French served as the executive vice president at Nations Valuation Services, a top-25 appraisal management company, where he oversaw operations and process improvements across the business.
Along with his appointment as CEO, French will be appointed to the SettlementOne Valuation Board of Managers.
