With more than 200 licensed and certified appraisers and 30 trainees currently within its ranks, RSDS knows there’s room to welcome even more people into the appraisal profession. HOW RSDS IS REMOVING THE BARRIER TO ENTRY INTO THE APPRAISAL INDUSTRY
RSDS currently operates eight training centers and offices across the continental United States. There, appraiser trainees receive one-on-one mentoring from our team of expert trainers, working hands-on in the field to develop the skills necessary to attain certification. RSDS also covers expenses related to their training and certification exams, easing the financial burdens on new employees.
Expect to see RSDS at real estate career fairs, universities, and appraisal-related events. The company is also participating at job fairs for veterans, as part of it’s partnership with The U.S. Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program. SkillBridge is an initiative dedicated to helping service members find careers as they transition out of the military.
