Leveraging Conditional Logic forms, you can significantly reduce opportunities for missing or inaccurate data by making fields dynamically Required, Visible, and more, based on input information. For example, if a user were to select a Checkbox indicating a hazard was noted on site, an additional Textbox could be made Visible and Required before a user could submit their form.

Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) streamlines data entry with Conditional Logic
